Return and Refund Policy
Unopened/Undamaged Items
Please return unopened and undamaged items within 7 days from the time of delivery. After receiving the item, we will conduct an inspection to determine if a full refund is in order. The refund will be processed between 7-10 business days.
Damaged Claims for Manufacturing Defects
If the item you received has a manufacturing defect, make sure to return it within 7 days of delivery. Such returns must be accompanied by a technical report from a garage describing the defect as valid proof. This report is mandatory for processing the return. After inspection and verification, we will process a complete refund within 7 to 10 working days.
Items Returned Without a Technical Report
No return or refund will be processed for a damaged item that is sent without a valid technical report.
Returns Made After 7 Days
Returns made after 7 days will incur a 5 percent charge, whether the item is damaged or not. A technical report from a garage must still be submitted for return processing if the item is damaged.
