Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Unopened/Undamaged Items

Unopened and undamaged items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
After receiving the item, we will inspect it to confirm its condition. If approved, a refund will be issued.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after the inspection.

2. Damage Claims for Manufacturing Defects

If the item has a manufacturing defect, it must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
A technical report from a garage describing the defect must be submitted as valid proof for the return. This is mandatory for processing the refund.
Once verified, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.

3. Items Returned Without a Technical Report

Returns for damaged items without a valid technical report will not be processed, and no refund will be issued.

4. Returns Made After 7 Days

Returns initiated after 7 days of delivery will incur a 5% fee, whether the item is damaged or not.
For damaged items, a technical report from a garage is still required for processing the return.

5. Refund Amounts

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is processed.
Refund amounts will be subject to deductions for fees related to processing online payments
If the product is damaged or missing parts upon return, a deduction may apply to the refund amount.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Electrical parts are non-refundable. Please communicate with our sales team to ensure you select the correct product before placing an order.

7. General Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

8. Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
